Meet The Team

The founding principle of Financial Partnership has been to serve the community with the objective that every individual or business achieves its full potential.

 As a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified accountant with over 20 years of experience in the general accounting practice environment, I am very passionate and dedicated to helping budding entrepreneurs including new start-ups or established small to medium-sized businesses understand and make meaning of their financial statements and also comply with their filing duties/responsibilities, etc.

 My purpose of setting up Financial Partnership Limited was to fill every existing gap where small to medium-sized businesses faced dilemmas in justifying a full-time financial controller position within the business and the lacking quality advice/service from other accountants in the industry. Since then it has been my vision to be the professional accounting firm that provides high-quality general accountancy service and tax consultancy, to all individuals and businesses, at a reasonable fee they can afford, without compromise in the level of advice given.

 Outside of work, I love to travel and have visited over 35 countries to date and counting. In terms of sports, I love watching cricket (especially IPL), play golf, chess and skiing.

My role with Financial Partnership is that of a payroll manager for the firm’s client portfolio.

I am an integral part of the firm’s support services, ensuring all clients and their employees are paid in a timely manner, and correct taxes and deductions are computed.

Alongside payroll, I also assist the team with management accounts and book-keeping on a monthly basis.

Outside work, I spend weekends with my family. In my spare time, I enjoy music, good food, cinema, and the arts, and love walks around Richmond Park or Kew Gardens.

As you can see from my picture, accountancy has led to my complete hair loss.

I joined the firm in September 2011, after completing my degree at Kings College London and gaining experience in a top 50 accountancy practice in London.

I manage a portfolio of clients within the firm, who come from a variety of business sectors and industries. I find immense satisfaction in helping businesses and their owners understand their financial systems, including financial controls.

I help new businesses set up financial systems right from the onset so that they can easily grow, and the reporting systems, that act as a tool to drive business success.

My interest lies in sports and you can find me playing football or at the local gym during my free time. Other interests include travelling and modelling.

I have been told that I am the mother in the firm and look after everyone ensuring they are in control and on track.

 Qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant with over 10 years of experience specialising in general accounting practice and very passionate about assisting clients from a variety of business sectors and complex tax situations.

 I must admit, tax is my favourite subject area and my expertise lies on this side of the practice. I really enjoy helping clients and businesses stay on top of their finances and assisting them to grow successfully.

 I am tech-savvy, always keen on exploring new solutions and finding “better” ways of crunching the numbers, and ensuring that our firm is on track with the latest technological solutions.

 Outside work, I am a mum of two and wife, spending most of the weekends supporting my children and family. In my spare time, apart from watching “footy” I also enjoy reading fiction (not just accounting and tax) books. I also like baking cakes and my colleagues at the office are the guinea pigs for my baking experiments.

I have been an independent CTO for Financial Partnership since its inception in 2006 and played an important role in ensuring they have robust systems in place.

 My role is to ensure that the firm has a smooth-running IT system that will enable my colleagues to work efficiently and also to ensure that all client data is secure and compliant with GDPR guidelines.

 I am tech-savvy, always keen on exploring new solutions and finding “better” ways of ensuring that the firm has a dynamic IT system and business continuity plans in place including regular key data back-up, server maintenance, etc.

 Outside work, I like to cycle to keep healthy and am an enthusiastic biker.
